hey kait,
welcome
i'd say its better if you write only in english - for me, its very difficult to understand what you mean if you mix the two languages.

Hi Kait!
Just a quick note to inform you that you are definitely not located in a proforum!
We are here to support each other in hard times, give some advice of handling bulimia and motivate all members who are suffering from eating-disorders to get rid of it!!!
Friendly regards
Paula

im in bc, canada and have been recovering on my own from anorexia for 2 months... the thinking is the hardest to change but its going to get better if i keep making healthy choices, im sure.
I dont have access to specialized help where I live and i have responsibilities that i can't just drop to go to treatment elsewhere. Im on a disability pention for mental health reasons that are personal
Thanks for the warm welcome
